Review: 7.5 out of 10 stars.
Good CGI scenes to show a cop who was blown up and only has his brain, lungs and partial spine left. And for political and medical research funding reasons, he was being consented by his wife to wear a suit that made him “complete” physically again, but only when his brain is also being controlled with enforcing / erasing memory.
On the surface it’s a scifi movie with lots of fighting. But the beginning of the robots in the middle east, as well as the political agenda, corrupted cops and medical greed are all elements that are reality, making it hard to digest.
No after the credits.

The plot that Alex could ultimately override the robotic killing and reverts back to his human emotions was a relief to the audience. But the greed that Dr. Norton with his research funding was such gray area whether he’s really for Alex or his own benefit.
The initial scenes about making a middle east country safer was such an innuendo to the recent years’ invasion and justification.
