Review: Pretty tasty burger and definitely great fries. And they have a selection of milkshakes including malt! But the sodium and calories will make you think twice before visiting it on a regular basis.
The fries were made with rosemary and olive oil and they were thinly sliced, very crispy and very hot. It’s the same size as a large fries at McD.
The burger comes in 3 sizes, small, regular and large. Regular is most likely more than you need if you also order the fries, maybe even a small since the fries are substantial. It came with standard slice of tomato, onion, sliced pickles and slice of cheese. What’s known about these burgers, as the name says, they are smashed. They are always fully cooked, as all ground meat should be. The meat was juicy and tasty.
The milkshake was served with classic shaker. So grab a to-go cup so you can take your time to enjoy it.
Overall the meal was delicious but you will be drinking quite a lot of water afterwards because of the high sodium. The high calorie count means you are likely not having dinner either if you have it for lunch.
1980 calories for lunch was very much a health hazard- classic burger (720), smashfries (470), vanilla malt milkshake (790)! Sodium was also very high (in mg): regular burger (1910), smashfries (780) and milkshake (210)!
Go to Smash more like a once-in-a-while treat rather than regularly.
